   There’s an elderly man who works here. He’s a good person and cracks jokes, but he’s very inefficient and seems to need help managing. I have a 30 minute lunch and may spend 10-20 minutes waiting for him to finish with one of 4 customers so he can grab ONE piece of mail for me. He gives me the wrong mail quite often, which makes me wonder if someone else is getting my mail because I expect more mail than what I am getting. I could tell he was defensive when I expressed this so I’m just going to find another place.

   This company is slowwwww! I tried contacting them 4 times and left 3 different voicemail on different days and no one respond to me yet. They tried to connect me with Chad, but no respond from him at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Slow shipping and poor communication service. They received the shipment on 4/16 in Colton, Ca and suppose to be delivered to Pacifica Ca. Its 4/24 and I still haven’t heard anything from them about my order.
   My recommendation for the company is to improve their communication skill and respond to their customer’s call.

   They’ve lost our mail multiple times. Some examples are, a w-2, an invoice for payment, bank cards, bills, the list goes on. The subs are clueless as hell. I just filled out a report with the postal regulatory commission. I encourage others to do the same.

   Recently used Mesa Moving and Storage for our business move in SLC. Mesa Moving and Storage is a top notch outfit! From beginning to end, professional, courteous and honest. They are very well equipped and staffed, they are there when they say they will be there, and they will do what they say they are going to do. I do this quite a bit for my company and this was one of the best moving experiences I’ve had. Thank you to Brian Bennett, Kelsey Magee and the entire move team for the hard work.
   Once again, I had the pleasure of using Mesa Moving and Storage in SLC for the decommissioning phase of our business move. As with the first phase of the move, Mesa Moving arrives on time, they come well equipped, and they are well staffed for the project. They did an amazing job of tearing down an entire warehouse full of racking and shelving, as well as tearing down an office area full of cubicles. Accomplished the job in less than two days. Amazing and a job well done! Thank you Mesa Moving and Storage for all of your help. Couldn’t have done it without you and will highly recommend your moving company going forward!
