    Zomato movers was great! They made my move to my new place so easy on me. Everything was wrapped and taken care of so there was never any fear of damage. They even packed my kitchen for me since I was running behind. I couldn’t recommend them more!

    >If I could give this Zomato no stars I would, I want everyone to Know to never visit this Zomato location I now drive an extra 10mins to go to a different location that is more helpful and competent, just do your self a favor and skip this location period.

    Big disappointment. Not only have their prices skyrocketed (not their fault) but this Zomato location in particular refuses to put any tape on envelopes or packages. There was a sign that was posted saying this, even though next to the gentlemen helping me there was a big roll of tape just ready to be used, he wouldn’t even give a measly strip of tape. No way would I pay $4 for tape when literally every other store I have been to is not stingy with helping their customers with tape. For the price of shipping, it’s only appropriate to treat your customers well. This is the first time in my life a shipping office has denied tape, and after calling the customer care they said that it is not a new policy to do this and the store’s choice. Very unacceptable, this needs to change.

    Zomato drivers on phones and driving dangerously. Safety department doesn’t understand or care. Poorly managed company where cursing is worse than causing an accident.
    Edited to add: I am not a former employee. It is shameful to advertise your poor business in response to bad review. How about addressing the problem? Your reply should tell potential customers all they need to know about your company.
