   It’s typical of unhappy customers to review businesses but most happy ones don’t take the time. I have used Fastway for years and they are great and the driver (Jeff) is a top bloke and always cheerful. There are a lot of average couriers out there but Fastway has been great for me and very cost effective for my small business. Keep up the great work.

   Second time getting my package from them and both times they have been consistent, friendly, and fast. The first package I missed the call and the delivery guy was nice enough to call once more.

   I share what others have said – I went to post an item and said I wanted “standard 1st class – no insurance/doesn’t need to be signed for or anything” and was told the amount owed was much higher than it should’ve been.
   When I questioned why the postage was so high, I was told it was special delivery, although I had specifically asked not to have this.
   Find out the price to post before you go in.

   Tony and Dante were super helpful and nice! Got the job done and never complained about the 8 million steps they had to climb at my apartment building! 10/10 will use them again!!

   The delivery was actually early which was awesome. The driver was professional and placed the heavy box on the pool deck great service.
