Very negligent delivery agents and staff. Reckless behaviour and poor service. Waste of giving one star also. Have very bad experience with this couriers.

1. You can easily update your aadhar card changes in this post office.
2. No need to spend too much time in taluka office to update your aadhar come to this post office and update immediately.
3. Customer service is too good.
4. One lady is available in aadhar card section she is very much active and very much humble to handle the customers.
I just called Ninja Van to ask about my package that was supposed to be delivered since 8 days ago. Customer service wasn’t able to give a proper answer and keep asking irrelevant answer again and again (they asked about my address like 3 times) , they set the reschedule date without my acknowledgement and when I asked when should I expect my parcel they said the driver will call me an hour before the delivery How am I supposed to know? I have to be home 24/7 to wait for my parcel? and the date is not even the date that I decide. How unprofessional can Ninja Van be? Please step up your game 🙂
