    Emirates Id when you will deliver. I cannot see any message in my mobile.
    We keep on visiting the customer and if you come to deliver without informing its difficult to receive the ID.
    Kindly call one day before to take the delivery

    Zajel Courier NEVER EVER delivers to the customer. Always sticks a slip on the door requiring you to pick up your package ten miles away while other couriers always delivering to the doorway. Good luck with using Zajel.

    Worst delivery service ever. Zajel Courier intentionally delays the delivery process. My package has been there for the past 2 days. The license of this agent should be canceled immediately to maintain the brand value of EKART EXPRESS.

    Zajel Courier delivered to the wrong door! The address label clearly says back door before it even gets to the street address. Back door delivery was selected with Amazon, too. How does it get delivered to the wrong door? Lazy? Inattentive? Don’t care? Very unsatisfied.

    Who trains your Zajel drivers?
    Zero highway etiquette. Your driver was doing 92km/hr in a 100 on a 2 lane hwy. Wouldn’t let us pass TWICE.
    I think you need a safety/driver training meeting in the near future. Your drivers are dangerous.

    First I went to DTDC they charge 250 for 100 gms parcel for Bangalore location. Again I went for Zajel Courier service they charge 100 rs for 1.5 kg for Bangalore location within 1 day. Very fast and good service. Go with this for fast and safe delivery.
