    100% highly recommended!!!! The service was smooth! We ran out of water completely and I’ve ordered the water later in the afternoon. After calling the customer service, they were very accommodating and helpful. They were able to deliver the first-half of the water that we ordered, even if it was a late notice. They delivered the second-half, early morning the next day. All the staff were lovely and helpful! Superb service!

    Ridiculously small opening times, only one day a week when normal people can access the site, if you’re working away that day you’re snookered.
    Not the way to run an important national service.

    I used them twice for a long distance car moving in the past. First time went OK with no problems and on time scheduling. The second time they messed up everything. Late on pick up/delivery

    I do not recommend FlashBox. They are misleading in marketing saying.. At FlashBox, we make everything simple. That’s why our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Deliver with us for only $6 per parcel across the GTA.
    However, upon signup and starting the first shipment.
    Must have at least five parcels (all to one address or 5 different addresses) This is not mentioned ANYWHERE on their website.
    They just make it all look like every shipment is only $6. This is shady and misleading.
    I do not do business with companies that hide the facts.
    They should be including an asterisk on advertising.

    Previous experiences were hassle free but this is the 2nd time in a row you fail to meet expectations. What happened? Only if I had the option to choose a different courier. Don’t know who’s to blame in your company for this but for sure I’d never recommend your services to anyone anytime soon. No wonder your company has sub 3 stars on Google.
