   Great service, from my first telephone contact in California to the delivery of my furniture in Germany!
   Everyone I talked to always knew the details about my shipment and could tell me where it was and what was going on (arrival in Hamburg, customs etc. ).
   The movers who came yesterday were also great and carried everything up 4 flights of stairs with a smile :).
   I recommend them without any hesitation!

   I would give zero stars if possible.
   I received a notification that I had a certified letter that had to be signed for before being delivered. The post card notification gave me several options to receive my letter. I choose the option to re-deliver to my home. I filled out the post card and put it in my mailbox for the postman to pick up and then deliver my letter. The notification sat in my mailbox for 3 days, even though mail was delivered, yet it was never picked up. I then received another post card notification the next day that my certified letter would return to sender if I continued to not respond.
   I filled out the second notification and put it mailbox, thinking I may have filled the first one out incorrectly. The second notification sat in my mailbox for 2 more days despite mail being delivered.
   At this point I decided to call the post office. My work hours interfere with the post office hours so it’s difficult for me to make time to go in person. I started calling around 330 pm on a Wednesday. From 330 pm up until closing time at 5 pm, no one answered the phone. I called a total of 22 times and every single time the phone rang and rang until I was hung up on.
   All I want is to have my letter delivered. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
