   They never deliver on time. I’ve had many problems like not receiving my package at all or it being delivered to the wrong address

   If I could leave zero stars I would. They have on several occasions not even attempted to drop it off, or leave a note. Sometimes labelled as ‘unable to access’, this on a easy to access suburban Sydney street. Back to warehouse, 2 more days of waiting.

   There’s a great guy at the office who really knows his stuff and is always happy to help you out. Even though I’ve moved away from that area a long time ago it’s still the Post Office I mainly use.

   They do not even deserve one star! The worst! I have called over three days about a missing package and get told every time that someone will call me back. Appalling customer service.

   Bad…very bad…they themselves decide whether the customer is available at the given address or not…it was a very unpleasant,terrible experience

   Should be an option for zero or negative stars. Purolator is a pickup service, NOT a delivery service. They seem to have constant delivery staff turnover, and every excuse as to why they either can’t find our home (try googling address??), or delivery attempted, or there was a snow flake and they were not able to deliver?? I grew up in Kelowna and as long as I can remember we get snow every year!! When the driver does manage to show up at our front door instead of ringing the door bell he bangs on our glass front door with his scanner (not sure how he hasn’t broken the glass yet) and immediately leaves a pickup note on the door and leaves. If the driver was to ring the door bell I would have come down from my shop and received the package, As I work from my home. Two years ago I called Amazon and banned Purolator from taking any of our shipments, but for some reason they are currently on two (2) of our shipments. And yes, I have to pick up both shipments in Kelowna?? I have called Amazon and reminded them NOT to use Purolator on any future shipments. I would recommend others to make that call to Amazon also. I find BNI deliver on time every time!!

   Completely no updates, not supportive and irresponsible! The system showed it is delivered but I never got my item. They told me they update wrongly then i asked whether I can come and collect my item but they didn’t even bother me. Like finally they accepted my call and they asked me to ask the sender which is in China? Seriously? Worst courier service ever
