    The people are so incredibly unhelpful I’m surprised they’re still employed. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I then get told to effectively go back to the end of the line because my issue is too hard. Then when I finally get served I couldn’t do what I came to do because they won’t accept my perfectly valid proof of identity because they have no idea how to think having grown up being taught what to think and not critical thinking skills.

    Should be an option for negative stars.
    Left a collection card after trying to deliver a parcel at 07:30 to my workshop. left the collection card outside on the ground. Now i have to go and collect, I paid for delivery and now I have to go and pick it up, but better than that, I now have to wait till tomorrow even though I paid for delivery for today. What an absolute joke. No option to re-deliver, no way of contacting anyone, no negotiation. Useless, absolutely useless.
