   I would have liked to give the outgoing removal guys 5 stars, they we professional, friendly and helpful. When our furniture arrived interstate, The men wouldn’t go through the list so I could tick things off, they were in too much of a rush and just piled things in two rooms then left. There were items were dropped off which weren’t ours, The same day, I rang Kent to get the items returned to the proper owners. They were never picked up. We went through the list as best we could and found numerous boxes missing. Even months later we are still finding items missing when we knew we had them and hadn’t seen it since the move. We were assured when first booking Kent that our containers would NOT be shared. What a joke!

   They don’t come . they don’t call .they only tell fake address n fake delivery.n block your number for good .there customer care is least worried n there toll free number doesn’t work seriously this guy are really out of the blue

   Damaged my car and broke my keys. Basically laughed in my face when they said they’re not liable. Incredibly disrespectful people and business.
