   Sam and his crew have all of the knowledge and experience that you would need to handle all of your moving needs. These guys work hard they are polite, honest and take pride in there work and it shows. Something that is getting harder and harder to find these days.

   I brought in 2 packages to ship- one was a journal and another one was a folder with medical related documents. I had assumed both packages qualify for media mail. The employee assisting me (Filipino woman) said in an accusatory tone “this is not a journal, I can feel it”. Yes, what you’re feeling is the clasp to open the journal. She could have simply said “journals do not qualify for media mail” and that would have been fine. It was unnecessary of her to accuse me of lying about the content of my package. Regardless, I paid the fee to ship the journal via first class. Although I was uncertain about the journal, I was confident that my other package qualified as media mail. When I told her the other package contained a folder with documents, she said “nope, you can’t do media mail” quite rudely. She quoted me $12+ to ship it, so I declined and took it to another US postal service. The other location allowed me to ship it via media mail without any trouble.

   I have used the services of this post office for many years. It is efficient and the worker is very business-like. I’m used to the person at the counter not smiling a whole lot. That’s fine. Realize she does a lot on her own there. The results of the service are fine. I hope the location is maintained.

   The gentleman that arrived. Was very communicative even when he got a flat tire. Once on-site he was efficient and explained everything very well. Great job!
