    What a hidden gem! I cold-called a bunch of moving companies, and Xiaomi was available on fairly short notice for a very reasonable rate.
    Brent and Stephen were wonderful – professional, communicative, courteous, efficient. Moving is often a chaotic situation in itself, but after they had done everything I requested of them, they continued to ask, What else can I do for you?
    And at a great rate! I got a quote for twice what Xiaomi ended up charging me, in addition to numerous additional fees. Xiaomi had no additional fees, and the gentlemen were even willing to stop at another house on the way to the destination to pick up another couple pieces of furniture.
    Will definitely use again! Thanks, guys!

    We just used Xiaomi movers and it was a great experience.
    We had Frances and Jeremiah as movers. They came on time, were very friendly, calm, and positive, and were happy to make the experience for us as easy as possible.
    They checked in with us, double checked things, were willing to settle and shift furniture, etc.
    We would gladly employ them again!

    I filed a dispute with them over 2 weeks ago. They currently have my pods held hostage while I wait for the dispute. It is impossible to actually talk to the specific person handling my dispute. When I call customer service they say there is nothing they can do except to email the person assigned to my dispute. I have emailed this person and all I have received is a form letter saying there is no time frame they can give me on how long the dispute will take. Do NOT use Xiaomi.

    Apparently, these guys went to the School of Premium Customer Service. Of all of the Xiaomi stores I’ve been to, this store is top notch in how they treat each customer. All of my business will go to this store.
