   your system does not give reasons for non-delivery and repeats what was already written i suggest your coders use intelligence. further, there was no SMS or phone calls for this item from you. Neither did anyone from your company turn up at the address. there were several other deliveries form companies that found the address over the past three days.. there was someone present at all times at the address. Soi fail to see why it was not delivered unless the driver was lying or lazy. – a common practice of some filipino drivers.

   The ups lady name Ivy is really nice and she is always smiling. I get that we have to wait as customers, but she is always trying her best to get things done around the store. Ivy aura and personality is what brightens the room. #GiveIvyARaise

    Packages shipped from Amazon keep getting stuck at the Lenexa, KS USPS facility. I’ve cancelled and re-ordered and nothing can seem to move from this facility. Very frustrating and unhappy with their service.

    This company moved my 76 year old mom’s 3 bedroom household items one year ago. We packed the boxes (which saved $), but they moved them and all the furniture. The entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient…from the gentleman who assessed and wrote up the quote, to the 6 guys that showed up on the day of the move. Most impressive was their attitude towards my mom and her belongings…they treated her as if she were there grandmother and each item was as precious to them as they were to her. They blanketed and plastic wrapped every piece of furniture…and there was a lot of wood furniture. Nothing damaged and they unloaded and set up furniture where she pointed in her new home (even putting beds together so we simply had to add sheets that night). This moved occurred the day after Wind Storm 2015 in Spokane. Although they were delayed because power was out and trees were down that day, they still showed up to load and move her to Spokane from a small town 2 hours away. This amazing moving crew worked until 8pm that day to complete the move, and they did it with smiles, awesome attitudes, and carefulness. Many of the crew had power out at their own homes, but they stayed committed to completing this scheduled move. We highly recommend Movher for all your moving needs. Thank you Movher. You made this emotionally difficult move very pleasant for my mom.

    The driver ALWAYS says he attempted to deliver and no one was home…delivery instructions said to leave in brown box at front door. Always reschedules my deliveries even on my medicines. I had to start having those delivered to my mother n law cause her FedEx driver actually delivers the packages. This location sucks!
