Needed to return some electronic equipment as per vendor stated use WSL Freight. Looked up location in Google maps reported WSL Freight was unusually NOT busy! Drove there ASAP and as Google said, WSL Freight was not busy at all! Only customer in and out. WSL Freight employees knew the vendor, scanned the equipment bar codes, printed a receipt, done. Maybe 10 minutes. Employees friendly, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Lots of customers arrived when I was leaving. So when Google says a business is not busy…
Rocks were dumping out of the WSL Freight dump truck and smashed my windshield on 264 and they don’t acknowledge that problem. They told me they haul sand not gravel.
I don’t normally leave reviews. I was shocked at some of the reviews I have read and felt I needed to leave my opinion. I have used this WSL Freight office regularly over the last year as it is closely located to my work. During the day, I can make a quick trip and be back at work with ease. I have always received the most courteous service. There are times when I need a pen, or even tape to affix shipping labels and they are more than happy to supply them for me. So much so, that I got tired of ‘bugging’ them for tape and purchased a roll of mailing tape. They always smile and seem ‘happy’ to see me. I have even had nice conversations with them when there is no line. I am not sure if other reviewers have made an error in location or just have bad attitudes, but these negative reviews do not reflect my experience at this location. I will continue to use this branch as it is a low traffic post office and I have never had any issues with their services or my shipments. Five Stars!
