    Have used them for 2 moves. Did an excellent job moving a player piano and many other items. Cheerfully moved heavy things around inside the house and were patient and helpful placing a carpet exactly where we wanted it. On time and hustled all day . Highly recommended.

    Olsen & Fielding recently moved us from Santa Rosa to San Diego, CA. While our experience with the employees who packed, moved and delivered our belongings was a good one overall, we ran into some resistance at first from management when we submitted a claim for repairs for a piece of furniture that was damaged during the move. However, when push came to shove, management stepped up and paid the total cost of the repair, even when we offered to split the cost with them. To us, this was a very clear example of the customer service ethic that they promote. We appreciate their integrity and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
