   I recently did a short distance move with Magnum Movers. I felt comfortable with my decision from the start until the end when I waved them goodbye. Trini and Drew were awesome and kind. They made me feel comfortable and kept me laughing the whole time. I loved that I was able to text with DeAnn to set up the move and she answered all my questions. I was a little nervous as this was my first time hiring movers and I live alone, but those nerves left as soon as they introduced themselves. If you’re looking for good honest movers, this is the company. Thank you for making my move easy!!

   Disappointed. Went in to print my two weeks’ notice for my job—a single standard piece of paper, black and white, one single side page, no pictures, as basic as can be. I asked how much that would cost to print. I was told over $3–I believe $3.04 was the exact total. I was incredulous. Apparently they charge the $2.50 computer fee regardless of whether you actually use the computer to get it printed (I was just going to email it in as I’ve done at other UPS stores), on top of the cost to actually print. I asked to confirm that I was understanding correctly and I was.
   I ended up going to Staples (just a mile away) where I was given a warm welcome and charged just $0.18 to print. I’ll definitely go there instead in the future.

   Cashing USPS money orders
   How do you sell a service, but refuse to commit one end, but not the other?
   My small dollars won’t mean much, but I’ll take them elsewhere.
