This is the worst post office I have ever visited. The lines are long and the staff has this lackadaisical attitude. They are always out of boxes. For the life of them….they cannot figure out how to hold mail. The mail carrier has a total attitude. If they were a purely privately held company they would be out of business in Santa Fe.
I had a friend stop over the house and a neighbor watching while the second crew was there. I was advised that they were loud and obnoxious while at my home. I was also told they were messing around riding my children’s skateboards and scooters around my driveway at $250 per hour. Not something you wish to hear, but I figured I would bring this to the attention of the owner after completion of the move.
After completion of the move I paid via credit card and believe I was charged too much as the figures did not add up. I have a written copy of the receipt and will handle this through the proper channels. The crew left after completion however they did slow down while waiting for the second truck to arrive at my new address.
The next day I was on the road going back to my old residence moving the items the moving company either forgot or would not move. During this time, I was driving and contacted by Michael stating my credit card had been declined. I advises him that I would call him in 20 minutes to resolve the issue. As soon as I got home about 15 minutes later I called and left him a voicemail to resolve the issue, as my credit card said there was no issues. Approximately 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sally Nierwienski, whom immediately was challenging and rude beyond belief. I explained to her there must be some error with the credit card information that her employee hand wrote on my bill, and I was correct. He had inadvertently written down one wrong number. I explained to Sally as a business owner/manager of what my neighbors had observed while her second crew was at my property. She became extremely defensive and rude denying everything that was stated. She then began to berate me as being a deadbeat and such so I clearly stated this conversation is over and said goodbye and hung up. Within 3-5 minutes I received a very threatening text statin she was going to go to the magistrate to file charges against me for nonpayment and attach whatever late fees they could against me. I did not respond to this threatening text. About 5 minutes after receiving this threatening text Sally called me back again. She was as rude as the first time raising her voice acting extremely unprofessional and accusatory towards me. I provided her with my credit card information again and she then hung up on me. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally by a business owner that works by word of mouth and mailings. The extreme lack of customer service is duly noted and will not fall on deaf ears. I can’t recommend this business to anyone based on the lack of Sally’s completely unprofessional candor. I have told all my friends in the real estate business of this as well as everyone I professionally deal with, so they can make an educated decision based on my terrible experience with Sally. There are plenty of other reputable movers out there, I suggest you do your due diligence when hiring a company and hope you don’t have to deal with someone as lousy as Sally like I did. In addition, my credit card was charged 5 times for the move at almost $1900 each charge. This was quickly remedied by my credit card company and once charge went through that I plan to have evaluated as the numbers just don’t add up. If you are planning a move, don’t fall victim to bullies like Sally. It is a shame that she conducts business in such an unprofessional manner. I guess she doesn’t care enough to change her attitude to be more accommodating to the customer and not always be right. Be humble Sally, it will take your further in your endeavors. I plan to post this review on every available channel from social media to state agencies to help better inform future moving clients to make a better-informed decision.
