   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! two parcels we’re suppose to be delivered on the same day. One parcel was delivered the other was not, so I checked my security camera only to watch the courier driver throw the parcel at my front door and walk off. The second parcel was returned to sender clearly because he forgot to deliver it and couldn’t be bothered to come back. Phoned the customer service line to see what was going on and the service was abysmal to say the least. Zero help was give and the lady told me to call the place of purchase nothing they can do and no answer to why it was returned to sender

   Fast and easy to book. Love it. I’ve used bellhops for my last two moves and I really think it’s worth every single penny to not have to carry everything myself. I will absolutely use them again and I recommend them highly.

   Lee and Simon did an exceptional job of taking almost two hundred separate items from our home. They fitted in more than we hoped for and made the day almost stress free. Very efficient and organised, helpful too. Can’t recommend Franklins enough.This is our seventh international move. The whole nightmare process of the ToR1 form and the stress was made so much easier with Ben in Head Office and both Lee and Simon. Big thanks.i
