I was supposed to recieve my package Dec, 4th and it arrived at the facility on December 3rd at 1:28am. Yet they did not give me any updates or possible dates as to when my package would arrive. Only that it was arriving late. Customer service provided terrible service.

After much observation and documentation, this company is unprofessional. They lack tact, integrity, and they are in cohoots with fleet owners who do not pay their drivers. I have witnessed dispatchers discriminate against black (African American drivers), speaking and mistreating them as if they are less than and invaluable. Their trucks are always in the shop because they do not work properly. They conduct business with unethical and unprofessional fleet owners such as Shawn Manheim. Shawn promises drivers that they will be able to run the way they want to run, go home on their own time, and he encourages them to deny loads that they do not want. However, Shawn does not believe in what he says. I have witnessed him first hand tell a driver that he can do this, and once the driver completed the loads, Shawn fired him and did not pay him. RTI told the driver that Shawn was an honest man, and he would receive pay, but he did not. The trucks are not working properly, and the drivers had to sleep within the truck with these conditions. Their mission statement says that they treat you like family, but I cannot say that this is true for the people of color. (POC) I have seen unfair practices within the RTI department, and I believe the company should undergo an internal investigation. They also could use training/professional development in diversity, multicultural training, conflict resolution, and more. They also do not allow owner operators to run the way that they want. I’ve witnessed rude and irate dispatchers belittle and demean drivers/owner ops, speaking to them as if they’re inhuman. I’m sure they talk to their pets better. If you want to be respected, treated fairly, and have someone to actually pay you for your hard labor and dedication, do not sign with this company. I’m very disappointed in RTI. As professionals, we need companies to take care of our drivers. We need truck drivers to deliver us goods and necessities to preserve our way of life. These truck drivers undergo and endure so much stress working with a company that works against their own drivers. Beware. The information they’re providing can be very misleading. They will not pay you (if they’re upset) even if you complete and deliver loads safely. They should remember that drivers are people just like them, human beings who are risking their lives and good driving records in order to make life better for the rest of us. Please complete customer service training, anger management as well…find dispatchers who are professional and knows how to speak with respect to any adult regardless of race, creed, sex, or color. Do better RTI. And do not do business with shady fleet owners (Shawn) and when asked about him, act as if he is not affiliated with your company. Wow. This concludes my review for lack of better words.

I used Mi-Box to move out of my apartment to my new house. They were awesome!!! The office staff was so helpful. The driver was great. It was so easy and made my move less stressful. I am so glad my friend told me about this company. I highly recommend them!!!

If you can get here and stay overnight or even arrive at 5/6am would be in your best interest. I arrived at 745am. You’re not able to sign in until you can pull in the yard at the guard shack. Before you get into the yard it is the longest line ever. When I was finally able to check in at 9am I was advised that there was 9 trucks ahead of me. It’s now 1145am and I’m still waiting to be called to a dock door.
