   Some of the help has sticky fingers and helps themselves to whatever food you have in the house and left wrappers on closets and boxes all over the house. One took a very sentimental bracelet that my Mom gave me before she passed away. Took my good comforters and used them as moving blankets without asking we loading empty things into the pods. The Pods people were great. These people were a nightmare. Then denied all of the above. I would give them no stars if that was a choice. The owner doesn’t get back to you unless you call them constantly. After seeing the reply – nothing was said about my mom’s ashes period. If that bracelet is missing, after we are unboxed. I will call contact the media. This has been a horrible experience. I will be the first to apologize if I am wrong. You did not address the candy the ate and left all over the house or the pop taken, that is sticky fingers as well.

   2nd move with NYC Great Movers in past two years. Both experiences were excellent. Careful, efficient movers that know what they are doing. Responsive customer service as well. Highly recommended.

   JK Moving, we appreciate you providing an excellent service for our long distance move. Pirouz did a particularly outstanding job in packing, loading,and unloading our goods. He took great care in ensuring we had no damage and everything was put back together exactly where we wanted it. He is credit to JK and his profession!

   This is our Post Office of choice. The lines are sometimes long but the woman typically working there is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never gets flustered with the crowds. She is one of the few who will acknowledge people as they enter. Top-notch service every time.
