To any who come here looking for whether or not to hire this company for your move: BEWARE.
In 2019 I had to move from my one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment that was quite literally 4.5 miles down the road. I spent some time researching a moving company with reasonable price and a good reputation and i was referred here by a friend and turns out they had pretty good rate, i thought it was too good to be true.
I called to schedule the move and spoke with Brenda who took my move information and I paid in full over the phone. I provided her with all of the details of the items i needed moved including all furniture, electronics, appliances, # of boxes, etc. Shortly after I received a E-receipt to my email confirming my transaction.
The day of the move the movers were on time and extremely kind and hard working. As i mentioned before, this drive was a couple miles down the street… The movers never indicated any concern about moving my 65 Flatscreen Google TV. I was worried it would get damaged but they explained to me it would be fine if they wrap it in their blankets/padding they have.
When we arrive at the the new place, the first thing they take out of the truck is the TV and it turns out it was cracked. The movers brought it to my attention immediately and told me that they will notify the manager and will be in contact with me regarding a refund/reimbursement. Once everything was settled, it was clear the TV was not going to work at all and I would need a complete replacement. The movers finished their work and I signed a paper confirming everything was completed and noted that the TV was broken from the truck. And again the movers told me the manager is aware and they will reimburse me for those damages.
The next day I have to call into the office only to find out they will not be reimbursing me for the damages to my belongings at the fault of a service i was paying for. They stated because the TV was not in a box that is it not suitable for coverage? That seems ridiculous. I informed them I never signed nor was presented a contract with the company and nowhere does it state that in writing.
I gave them another chance to make it right and sent a formal letter asking for some kind of settlement. But in turn they offered me $24.36 for my 65 Smart Google TV that wasn’t even a year old. How insulting? I would think a company should have enough decency to extend sympathy and responsibility for the financial losses I incurred at their expense.
If you are concerned with the value of your belongings and personal property, I would stay away from this company. If they break something it will be an uphill battle to try and get any kind of rightful compensation and even then it wont nearly make up for your losses.

Maurice and Tyler did a wonderful job with our move. Pat and Brooke were very helpful in setting everything up. This was a great experience.
