I was there for over 4 hrs to get something off my truck that took literally 10 min because they were waiting on another truck that never showed up. Worst recievers I’ve ever been too.
I called for a quote and had to get through 4 different people before talking to empire moving, which they’d hire. Not what I wanted. Scummy salesman beat around the bush for 30 minutes without giving me a quote so i declined. I then proceeded to receive 2 more spam calls and 4 texts from them (from different numbers) prompting me to call them back. Unprofessional and borderline harassment.
Waited 15 min in the lobby for someone to appear. She said she didn’t hear the doorbell ring. Maybe you should install a louder doorbell.
My team was exceptional. They provided me care and quality work that gave me peace of mind with all of our belongings and genuine interest and focus to understand us personally, provide confidence and trusted care while eliminating the stresses associated with moving! This team was top notch in efficiency, quality and customer service! Remember when companies fixed their mistakes? Welcome to Door Dash where all of that has gone out the window. WHEN they get your order wrong expect to be offered a 50% refund in CREDITS. Then if you sit on a chat with customer service, they will offer you a little more BUT it will never be in your original form of payment. This is a terrible company. Buying directly from restaurants from now on. Just paid $22 for two cookies. Won’t happen again!
