   We had a move in town. I had also hired them to pack us up. They were fast and efficient with their time; however, they were so fast that they marked up my piano, a leather couch and our bedroom furniture from their moving straps. A few things were broken inside boxes and when we reported this they just shrugged and said Sorry that happened. Whatever.

   I have no idea what’s wrong with these drivers. I was standing downstairs waiting for them in the delivery window, and then I get a delivery exception for a time at which I was there standing outside. Where was this ghost of a delivery driver? Where was this ghost of an attempted delivery??!?

   This place is great. Staff is wonderful and they seem to really care about their customers. Using a gate code to get in is great but using it to get out of just annoying but I understand the security of it.

   Libby and Rob moved me today and it was a great experience. They were early, they had all the information they needed and their professional approach was appreciated. Libby went above and beyond with his assistance disassembling my large bed frame and headboard and also helping to move an old bed to my storage unit. Libby and Rob were fast, accommodating and very friendly.
   Well done! I will absolutely be recommending You Move Me to my friends!
