   The moving company sent very hardworking employees. They padded all the furniture and wrapped all the upholstered furniture, mattresses, box springs, etc. with film to keep them clean. I have moved a dozen times…this was the best move.

   The worst company in UK? I had no idea.
   I’ve given this company so many opportunities to do the right thing (just pay the compensation for the parcel they admit they lost) and they’ve stonewalled me all the way. I can now only conclude that this is company policy.
   Lost my parcel, took weeks to agree to paying compensation, still haven’t received it months later. Emails get ignored and calls get stonewalled. Get the impression their customer service people are trained to stonewall you.

   I’ve been in Winterbourne Post Office a few times and thought I would write a review to say that the new owners are absolutely lovely. The lady who has served me on the times I’ve been in is so helpful and friendly – Good luck in your new business. Excellent Customer Service 🙂

   Excellant Service. I used them to deliver my connecting flight packgage at a lower price than flight. The pick up , packaging and price are very good .Apprecia and Thanks

   Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing was too much too much trouble.
   Regular updates on delivery status. Would highly recommend.

   Really bad experience , only needed postage for a small parcel for Berlin. Staff unhelpful, I was told it’s self service only.. had to leave without stamps or posting my friends gift. Why they privatised the post office I’ll never understand. A small envelop £1.67 on top of dreadful non existent human service
