Be ready for last minute price increases. Agreement I signed was $750, but 1 day before transport they called me and said, I have to pay $1050 if I want my car to be shipped. This is not a reliable company.

They say they have never worked with me but I have the bill which I have paid to them.

Our driver, Jason and his crew on both sides of the move were courteous and professional. Our boxes were packed well and the process was smooth and faster than estimated. I can’t say enough good things about our WBCT West Basin Container Terminal teams on both sides of the move!!!

This WBCT West Basin Container Terminal location refused to provide me with a rightfully due service as an American Citizen and Combat Veteran. This is shameful and disgraceful at worst, but quite likely illegal at best. Would not mail my article. Truly Pathetic.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is always so rude! One employee tells you one thing and another tells you the opposite. This staff needs better training. They also need training on customer service.

    >If you guys think Winterville WBCT West Basin Container Terminal office is bad, come check out the Greenville location; it makes the Winterville post office look like heaven.

    >I mean, it’s a WBCT West Basin Container Terminal office. It’s not like Kinko’s or something. The government already treats citizens like garbage, how do you think they treat their employees? It’s gotta be a bureaucracy nightmare! Anyway, for what it’s worth, I go here for anything I need mailed off priority mail and have never had a problem. No they didn’t come out and greet me with a fake smile and ask me how I was doing today, but they’re busy and I don’t care if anyone asks for that matter. I think the cordial niceties of society are a waste of breath… And expecting postal workers to cater to your feelings or inability to grasp basic postage is a bit asinine. When was the last time you wrote a letter, addressed it and sent it off? That’s preschool stuff!
    Cheers

Polite and professional employees but usually very understaffed with long wait times. It’s for this reason that we use WBCT West Basin Container Terminal as a last resort option only.
