    and here it is April 21 and no packages or email stating when and if I’m to get them.

    We ordered a Motor Guide trolling motor Tuesday 8/11/20. We have not received the item thought it was charged to our we card that same day.We do not have tracking number to be able to check status. The delivery date was to have been 8/13/20. Can you either track the order or send us a tracking number so we can’t find our motor?!

    I was out front when the mail truck passed by, I had just moved in and ordered a package that they did not ask an apt # for. He confirmed with me that my last name was already in the mailbox and it would still make it to me either way, but he did not have it. 30 minutes later I go inside and check tracking, and sure enough he did scan it, and delivered it.It was put in the wrong mailbox STILL. I’m not sure how after that conversation he still fumbled, I know you’re working hard but my man; I’m graying here.

    We used Desert Moving 10 years ago and were very happy with their service. We shipped furniture to our daughter in Austin, TX. Now we are using them again shipping to the same place. Joshua and his assistant were so nice and efficient taking excellent care of wrapping and packing our items for shipping. VERY HAPPY WITH DESERT MOVING and would highly recommend them to everyone.

    Do not recommend this location as they do not take any responsibility on what happens to the package once you hand it to them! My package showed no updates since the day I handed my package to Santos at thas office and they processed it only after my multiple calls to service, repeat visit to this office and 2 hours that I spent at Ground facility in the middle of nowhere! Santos who scanned my package referred me to customers service, while customer service told to speak to office so there is total disconnect in their departments that pass the responsibility to each other! I had to make multiple phone calls to customer service where one of agents told me that previous 2 agents lied to me about creating an investigation, and one agent transfered me to anothet one despite that I asked for supervisor! Terrible service! I recommend using USPS instead!
