Could not care less, plan at least an hour to wait in a line where one person slowly meanders behind the counter while you stare at 3 empty positions. Wait that hour to get to the front of the line where you are told they can’t help you. I’ve been trying to get a job at this torture chamber for three years now because I’d love to stand behind a counter all day, be slow and incompetent, and still get paid.
Update April 2022!
Same slow service! Same obliviously slow person behind the counter who just wants to have a long irrelevant conversation with every person while they desperately try to navigate past this gatekeeper. I’ve never seen blatant incompetence on display for so long without repercussions.
I have been to this location a few times and have not had any issues. I was in there yesterday and the 3 young men working said welcome as soon as I stepped in. All the times I have been there the place always smells nice.
On November 18, 2021 I’ve received the email confirmation confirming the shipment of my order. Today is November 25 but the shipping status showing still pending for the pickup. I called the customer service to check the status internally, but the results were the same, still pending for the pickup. However they said that pending for pickup doesn’t mean that we didn’t pickup the order, probably hasn’t been updated in the system. So obviously the administration doesn’t know where the package is since they are not concurrent with the active shipping.
Their false insignia of orchestrating fast home deliveries is just another reckless conduct of their operation.
The company’s discipline dictates the company’s quality performance. Loosely managed companies are just as lousy as their loosely managed conduct. And it supposed to be White glove service.
Close at 1pm… On Saturday… And they wonder why they are going out of business? Watched no less than 10 cars pull in to find they are closed. That is a constant lost revenue stream.
