My friend from London sent me a parcel. The person in charge at Delta call me to inform me about the parcel. She said that I must pay the amount of R3500 for the parcel to be delivered. I paid the amount. Instead of delivery, they demand another huge amount of money. I tried to pay, but everytime after paying a huge amount of money, they carry on demanding more money till now. I have paid almost R60000. They now want me to pay another R18500.

There is a very sweet young lady driving a blazer who must not be local, but she is the most people and professional. She was born for customer service.i believe she said her name was Wendy. God bless you all for your service.

Absolutely DO NOT use this service. What the sales rep tells you versus what’s in the contract is contradictory. I WOULD HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE MOVING TO GO WITH A DIRECT MOVER AND NOT A MOVING BROKER. I PAID OVER $7,000 FOR MY PROPERTY O BE MOVED FROM MD TO SC. THEY MOVED A FRACTION OF MY BELONGINGS BECAUSE THE INVENTORY ESTIMATE WAS INACCURATE. NOW I’M SCRAMBLING TO FIND SOMEONE TO MOVE THE REMAINDER OF MY BELONGINGS IN TWO DAYS. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.

I don’t want to make assumptions but who seems like the owner of the store is hiring and I could see why. I came in for a simple print job and he said it would be $2 to access the email, and then $3 to print. He was pretty rude and very much gave off the vibe, “either pay or leave.” I couldn’t imagine being his employee. I went to the FedEx around the corner and printed my paper for $0.71 so don’t waste you time and just hit the FedEx. I like supporting UPS, but not when you’re unreasonably charging for things as simple as paper.

I just left this particular post office and the service I received was phenomenal! I don’t know the name of the mail worker who helped me, but she was great! I was able to send my package in the package that it came in, the package was for someone else who doesn’t live near me. All around great service, I’m still wondering why this post office doesn’t deliver my mail.
