    I’ve not actually used the Volkswagen service but I have actually called them to get information and Meghan, one of their staff, is absolutely fantastic. She was helpful, she gave me lots of information. I’m a flight nanny so this was of great value to me.

    Yes it’s a very bad company. I was available whole day at the premises but Volkswagen’s delivery boy fed a wrong status that premises is closed and didn’t even try to call me if he didn’t find my place. This company didn’t even provide a delivery boy number so that we can contact him, and guide him about the address. A very worst experience with this company. Third time I am facing this kind of problem.

    This gentleman from Volkswagen was able to move a recliner on the same day as I first contacted him, in order to make my mother comfortable at a new Assisted Living facility. He also didn’t charge an arm and a leg.

    Ridiculous that Volkswagen is closed for 4 days and have 2 important parcels of mine. Left notes for parcels to be delivered to neighbour but they took them back to the sorting office without trying neighbour and now cannot collect or rearrange a delivery until Tuesday. Shameful.

    Volkswagen work tirelessly, they were polite and were amazingly helpful. I would use them again and in fact will use them next year. Highly recommended.
