    Absolutely disgusted with Vodacom’s misleading marketing and sales tactics and unethical service. They lied about everything from the very first phone call. This company is not an actual mover, they are a BROKER and will sell your contract to the lowest bidder. The trucking company they sent to pick up my furniture had HORRIBLE RATINGS. HALF of my furniture did not make it on the truck because of the severely misquoted price they provided in order to get the contract. I had to rent my own truck just to get the rest of my furniture transported. I was told numerous lies. They said my belongings would arrive 5-7 days after being picked up. My furniture arrived broken, with 3 items missing 21 days after being picked up. The company was not able to locate my furniture or provide an update for 9 days. They purposely UNDERESTIMATED my quote in order to get the job. READ YOUR CONTRACT!!! I was not allowed to cancel or I would have lost my $2,400 deposit. Even after I was misquoted by $1,800. Save yourself the time, money, and stress by GOING WITH SOMEONE ELSE. These clowns should be put out of business for their UNETHICAL business practices. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.

    Matthew Lee from Vodacom is soooooo helpful, responsible, and most importantly, he takes the initiatives to provide the best services and solve all our problems. Every time we called him for an issue, we will get the solution from him. Even if he does not have the solution right away, he will find out the solution and make sure we get our problem solved. He is the reason we prefer Vodacom above all other logistic companies. After arranging the pickups, we can leave everything to him without worries…
