   Good afternoon, I have dialed different Vitalchek phones but they all tell me that those numbers do not exist. My doubt is that apparently my order number has already expired and due to the COVID issue they just gave me the notarized documentation. My order number is 131644436. since I paid the notary and It is not cheap, could you respect this No.?

   Parcel Point have lost 2 return parcels so far and have made no attempt at this time to contact the online store to let them know that they lost the second parcel. The phone system cuts you off after 10 mins so I keep trying them with no update. I just need them to tell Shein that they lost the return and to process it. ARRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH

   I was totally disappointed in the service by this company. For one, the lead person was obnoxious, and talked too much … one of my items was left on the truck .. it WAS returned after I CALLED THEM; a lamp was broken as was the glass on a picture. A couple boxes were obviously mishandled .. they were partially crushed and apparently tossed around. I added a tip which I wished later, I had not. So sorry to report this … the initial contact, by phone was exceptional and everything else up to the actual move, was great.

   From the initial telephone enquiry with Siobhan in the office to the final payment after the completion of my house move I was impressed with their courteous, efficient and reliable 5 Star customer services. I had contacted several companies but found Corrib Removals the best and fastest to get back to me on all matters hence my decision to use their company. Best decision ever. From planning the dates to the quotation and the delivery of the crates to the collection of the crates from the new house Siobhan and her team of colleagues were at all times polite and efficient getting back to me with queries. It is such a stressful time that it really helped knowing that Corrib removal were such a reliable, trustworthy company to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Corrib removals to any prospective customers. Thank you Siobhan, Tim & his team in Corrib removals.

   Disgusting service. Turn up a week late for parcel collection then get smart and abusive about it.
   Will NEVER use this service again and will NEVER recommend them.
