   The staff here a unbelievably incompetent. SUPER slow and don’t even know how to work basic Photoshop files. They charged me $5 JUST to convert a jpg to a PDF which any child could do in two seconds with two swift clicks. I’m a professional graphic designer and know Photoshop like the back of my hand, yet they had to charge me for the conversion. Daylight robbery. They also don’t tell you until checkout about the extra fee. No other Fedex has been this greedy. The staff at other establishments tell me in advance what is needed and even turn the screen towards me so I may make the changes I know are needed. It’s just ridiculous. Not going here again.

   My husband and I went in today to open up a P.O. Box. We witnessed the oldster behind the counter, Gus, being unpleasant to another customer. When he got to us, he was even more rude and sour. It is very clear he hates himself, he hates his life and he hates his job.

   MyAnh is exactly what you are looking for in a TMS manager. she’s prompt, smart, helpful and does not make fun of you when you think there is an issue and its user error instead. She is the best TMS human i’ve ever worked with.

   Truely one of the best companies to drive for. Great equipment. The management down to dispatchers are awesome and treat you as a human that has a life outside of trucking.

   I visit this post office daily to drop off my businesses shipments. I specifically chose this little post office because of Karen. She always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure to work with. This post office and Karen are an asset to the community. Thank you!
