    Crooks. They will steal your merchandise. They first took my iPhone return back at Christmas and now took my boot return. Shame on me for going back to them I guess. So now I’m out $1200 because of this place. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!

    Normally I’d give this post office a great review because they’ve always been very friendly, efficient, and have smiles on their faces. However, it’s been 400+ days since Covid and they’re still only helping one person at a time. Everyone else stands out in the lobby. If you’d hoped to mail something on your lunch break, forget it. You’re not leaving any time soon. You can try and use the kiosk, but everyone else has had that idea as well, and the bins are always full. If you need a Priority box, better get in line and tell your boss you’ll be late. People, Covid is not going away, so are we going to be this dysfunctional forever? I suggest you find a private postal store or go to UPS.
    Maybe Chick Fill-A should think about opening up a post office…. among other things :/

    I’m livid and struggling for words. I have a policy that I only write 5 star reviews… This might be my first ONE star review. The two guys that did the actual move were lovely and respectful and my puppy adored them, but the company itself was miserable to deal with. I submitted online for a quote to move a China Cabinet I purchased on Craigslist aaaaaand the spam started immediately; calls, emails, texts… I got on the phone with a representative to let them know that I have yet to decide whether I am buying it and requested for them to write it in my notes that *I* will let THEM know when I’m ready. They kept calling and emailing. That should have been my sign. I confirmed all details with them; Tuesday, May 11th move, 8-10am time window. I have a pile of emails and texts confirming this time. Last night, I was with a patient and could not answer their call. Because I didn’t answer, they bumped our move window from 8-10am to 12-4pm with no explanation other than, I didn’t answer. Professional. Oh, and this information was left in a voicemail. I have patients I’m scheduling around and now I’m also inconveniencing the person selling it. They didn’t answer when I called them yesterday and didn’t care when I finally got hold of someone this morning. I will NEVER use this company again. Oh and the final kicker? The cost ended up being DOUBLE the estimate. 802$ to move a China Cabinet between two homes 45 minute drive apart. I wonder if these guys are on Better Business Bureau…
