   Terrible service. My parcel from lazada was rescheduled and they put remarks as recipient rescheduled even when it was the delivery person who has rescheduled. Then i called the customer service who has promised to sent the parcel the following day. Fast forward 3 days later, my parcel is still not here and there were no updates. Tried calling the customer service hotline but i waited for 15mins but it was still unanswered.

   I had the best experience using ABC Moving Systems. They were readily available to speak at any time I needed before the move. They were on time, professional, and even helped me figure out the best layout for my furniture. They went above and beyond their job expectations. Super nice and they were laughing and having a good time which is nice to see and shows they like their jobs and work well together. Nothing was scratched or broken. Ver satisfied.

   I recently moved and needed help with all the large items–and they did an excellent job of taking apart the table, bed, and couch legs before wrapping everything to avoid damage. They were really efficient with the unloading and reassembly, too. Most importantly, they made sure my Traeger made it safe and sound!!
   They are reasonably priced and well worth it. Highly recommended.

   The man from bluedart who just came to my door step misbehaved and talked like goons. Please advise how to escalate this matter so that proper actions be taken against him.

   Thumbs down. Staff is very rude. I visited once, wanted to withdraw cash, since my account is at Maidagin branch, I was not entertained and told off to come next day to withdraw cash and next day also it was not assured that I will get the cash.
