   PODS albuquerque has STILL NOT PICKED UP OUR PODS! They have given us several days and times they were supposed to pick them up and deliver them to North Carolina. Our home is sold to someone who needs to move in to our house but she cannot move in because PODS Albuquerque won’t DO THEIR JOB! Stop lying! Do your job! You are criminal!
   What are you going to tell me: send me an email at blah blah blah??? Pick up the damn POD!

   Even if your preferred/recommended movers are busy or cancel on you, do NOT trust your move with Purple Heart Moving Group. Purple Heart appeared professional & organized in setting up the details, but then assign you a company that you have not researched. The wheels started falling off the day before pickup. 1. Confusing phone calls re time and who would do pick up. 2. No one to pack breakables as we requested. 3. Put 2 holes in wall plaster and broke a lamp while taking apart a bed. 4. Couldn’t tell us when our items would be delivered. 5. Items finally arrived 13 days later, 8 hours later than we were told. 6. Again only a crew of 2 men with no ramp. 7. They don’t put anything back together and you have to remove all the packing blankets/materials yourself. 8. Don’t bother to put color coded stickers r/t rooms on boxes as they dump them all in one area. If you want a stress-free, professional cross country move, don’t book with Purple Heart.

   Moving Kings moving company was fantastic. They made my move so much easier, they are affordable, and they are strong yet gentle moving my belongings. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs help moving.
