   They are rude, don’t have times for you to pick up your stuff. Waste gas going across town there, just for them to tell me my stuff isn’t there! There is a african american woman that works as a supervisor, she is really rude and lazy! Won’t even look for your package and tell you it’s not there but it really is!

   This is the epitome of small town charm. Karly and the postmaster are so kind and hard working. They go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. As a small business owner, I ship hundreds of packages a month and every time I go in, I’m greeted with a smile and made to feel like I am the only person in the world. The personalized service here is perfect! USPS as a whole has their issues, but this post office is tops! Love our mail carrier too

   Going to the post office is like going to motor vehicles…you know its not going to be a quick trip. This is a clean facility but probably one of the most understaffed locations in the VA/DC/MD area. The employees aren’t happy and lines are long so customers aren’t happy…which perpetuates the cycle of misery for all involved. Consider a PO Box at a post office near school, work, etc so you don’t have to go here.
   Undelivered packages may or may not have a slip left so you might have to do some investigation on your own at times with parcels from this location. Waiting on hold for 30+ minutes for someone to answer 1800-ASK-USPS is better than going here.
