   Terrible and disappointing service delivery by Velex of PAN cards . Poor delivery taking almost a month after dispatch by nsdl and no customer empathy . Staff is rude and not taking calls to update the status .Pathetic delivery , suggest NSDL to send Pan cards through Speed post as their service defeating and delaying the government service to citizens .

    Sam day delivery means We will pretend to try to deliver it, but will actually leave a card and force you to chase it up to get it redelivered two days later.
    I always specify that vendors NOT use Fastway when sending, and when they do send it anyway I know I’m in for a painful experience in trying to get my package.
    Avoid.

    We moved across town and these guys were the best! Seriously nice guys and very careful. We moved our upright piano as well!! Nita oversees the biz side of things and was in constant contact from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

    THE WORST AND LOUSY rider I have ever encounter. Been using a lot of courier company but this one is the worst and never encounter such rider before. I received phone calls asking me come down to collect parcel, before hanging up the rider said Cepat sikit . Seriously? Asking me to move quicker? Fine, I did not even wanted to quarrel, so I stop what I am doing at the moment and went down straight. Halfway through, I received a second phone call from the rider again Mana u? Belum turun ka, cepat sikit. If u look at the screenshot its just 4 minutes between from last phone calls. Is this how your company works? By hiring this kind of unprofessional barbarians to deal with customer. Cant believe a worldwide international courier company providing this kind of service. REALLY DISSAPOINTED!
