Don’t go here. UTS Logistics legit can’t print. I needed a PDF printed and they had me wait for 20 minutes to tell me they did not know how to print it. The store does not care about respecting your time. What a waste of an hour.
Worst service in the history of package delivery. It was made perfectly clear my package was time sensitive. I was guaranteed by their UTS Logistics customer service it would arrive no later than 8 pm on 06/10/2020. Mind you it’s a custom hand made ring ridiculously expensive for my friend’s wedding that I leave for at 7am tomorrow. Here’s the fun part they start delivering at 8am. Biggest loser company on the planet. Wish they had less than 1 star.
Update: I was supposed to receive a call from the Supervisor at 8pm NEVER happened. BIG surprise.
I should send them the bill for the $6000 I paid for the ring!!!!!!!!!!
This place is the worst ever!!!!
Rude UTS Logistics workers! They just walk around acting like they’re doing something. When I asked for help one refused and said he was going to lunch, when I asked another worker he was extremely rude and didn’t explain any process with the printing department.
You need to work on customer service & whoever is training these people like this needs to be fired!
If I could give you a negative rating I would.
Way overpriced as well.
I don’t mind spending more if I’m being helped. Was not the case here.
