   Pay 71$ for international express shipping for 3-5 business days and already two weeks not received package.
   Do not use post office for international service.
   You’ll pay for nothing.

   Terrible customer service, they talk to you very aggressively. I literally have her a smile and cheerful hello and got a very bitter response. Didn’t try to help me out, nor did they offer any genuine assistance. It felt like an assembly line, and like they hated every minute of being there. Lady who was supposed to help me out ignored I was standing there. Then a different lady attended me and that was the girl who had terrible people skills. She was a white young woman about early to mid twenties with black thick glasses. I’d hire a new staff immediately. Why would you want someone with bad customer service to represent the face of the company? The older white gentlemen was so cheery, I wish he would have attended me instead.

   Mail cosistantly delivered to wrong house. No consistent delivery time. Can be anywhere from 3 PM to 8 PM. Also, mail placed in rural box does not get picked up for delivery.

   These people don’t even deserve one start. Everything was going fine, they picked up my stuff and also delivered on time BUT when they got to my house in Boston, they called me saying that their truck does not fit in my street. They brought a 70 feet truck, like really? My stuff could’ve fit in a 10 feet truck, so they charged me an extra $500 because they had to rent a smaller truck PLUS lost 5 boxes, my desk chairs and my husband’s tools. They guy who did the delivery was Rum (HE WAS THE WORST PERSON EVER) super rude and opening the refrigerator in my kitchen SO ABUSIVE!! Please if you have the opportunity to hire another company, do so!!! Also, Lisa the lady at the costumer service phone is also very rude and not willing to help!!!!

   Just called to receive information on my package and the man who answered the phone was so rude. He did not want to answer my questions his exact response was that would be a No after asking if I can know if my package arrived if so can it be picked up.
