    EDIT: Management from Pinnacle Freight DID reach out to us and righted their employee’s wrong and remitted a check for the remaining amount due. It seems as if there may have just been a bad apple in the bunch, but upper management corrected it. In light of this, I would not necessarily not recommend working with Pinnacle Freight, but I would advise that you exercise caution (as you should with all brokers).
    We delivered a load for them from California to Illinois flawlessly and on time, no damages, and they saw it fit to deduct $400 from what they owed us simply because they claim we did not provide them the in and out times in regard to the unloading. Not only were those times on the BOL they received from us with the invoicing we sent, but not receiving the in and out times does not affect them negatively in any way nor does their customer charge them for failing to report that information. It is simply just another fraudulent money grab technique that many brokers utilize unfortunately. Do not recommend working with Pinnacle Freight Systems.

    Very good customer service and the lady was very pleasant I don’t know why you have all of these bad reviews but I’m pretty sure it’s because a lot of the people who go there probably can’t speak English or no how to fill out the paperwork

    TERRIBLE SERVICE. They picked up my package at 7am today and they still haven’t delivered my package. Their website says they need more info to make the delivery but my email says they tried to deliver but failed to do so because i wasn’t home. They didn’t even make an attempt, and i know that because iv been home waiting for my package. they’re lucky google requires at least 1 star before i can press post because honestly they don’t even deserve it.

    it’s been 2 days and my package has been stuck in this place, the last update i got is that it was here (aka march 4th, posting this on the 6th), and it’s supposed to get here today — which i highly doubt from these reviews and because there’s no way it can get here from new york to south texas quick enough.

    I have used T Square twice before. This is the third time in the past several years. The staff did excellent work. Got my truck loaded and unloaded. Treated my belongings very gently. Best moving company.
