    I went there to return an equipment from a telecom company, and first the staff look at me like I pretend to steal something because I am hispanic, next the staff, specifically the bald man lied to me telling me that they dont support that telecom company and I have to pay or get a label then I go back next day with the prepaid label witch clearly says UPS and bill the telecom company then they tell me I need to pay for that

    Service was good, everything was on time, and the price wasn’t too bad. Only thing that kind of sucked was that I had asked the broker if it was cool if we had transported some things in the trunk, she said Yeah, as long as it’s under 100 pounds….I double checked with the driver, who basically just ignored it when I told him there was stuff in the trunk, but then my friend who picked up the car got chewed out because apparently you aren’t supposed to put stuff in the trunk. Again, just to clarify, I checked twice, went ahead and did it, and the driver told my friends dad that I should have been charged more because of it. So that kind of sucks. Otherwise, the service was good.
