    This little FedEx worker with the little short twisty/dreads with glasses (African American Male) was NO HELP. I understand that everyone is not 100% educated about their job but if you don’t know something you should try to ask. Once he realized he couldn’t help me he couldn’t wait to send me on my merry little way. I HATE HATE HATE FEDEX. They are such an inconvenience for me when vendors use them to send my packages. I have to leave the comfort of my work and my home to track my package down.

    My mom works at a post office so I know it’s hard. But we don’t all send mail all the time we might forget something. The older lady is always rude to me no matter what. I know it’s busy time but be nice. I work in retail it’s busy time but still nice and patient

    Well… I booked ahead and was ready for my move tomorrow at 8 am. I get an EMAIL that they are CANCELLING MY MOVE at 2:30 pm TODAY.
    No one called or left a voicemail. Spent 2 hours trying to get another one scheduled. They WOULDNT budge on the rate or give me a new ETA, other than saying I was on a waitlist.
    So unprofessional I’m fuming right now.
