   Fantastic experience. Wayne was great back of house and the guys that turned up were fantastic. Cheers Leigh, Jesse and Ryan, you guys made moving a breeze.

   At first I thought these guys were great, however as I began to unpack my boxes over several months I discovered that they had packed open containers with things like oil (they had been left on my coffee table from the night before) into boxes of books. Naturally the oil spilt and ruined many of my belongings. They broke an expensive piece of outdoor furniture in transportation and did not compensate me. They also packed many of my comics badly, causing them to be torn or bent. They just threw things into boxes. Also the excessive use of paper to pack things may seem like a good idea but have fun throwing it out in the entire streets worth of recycling bins for the next year or so because I’ve still got piles. All in all these guys are not worth the price, don’t learn the hard way like I had to.

   I was at the store a few days ago, two guys Saeed and Kamayab are friendly and professional, they do all above and beyond to represent UPS in the best interest

   Worst experience of delivering the product. Pathetic service and no information provided why it is delaying. Never ever understands that product can be really important (one of the essential item) as well in these Corona days. Have held down by product since last 3 days. Don’t know when it will be getting delivered to me.
