   We bought a dining table which was expensive and heavy. The box said team lift on it but they sent only one delivery person. He was reckless with the table top box and slammed it on our concrete steps and then shoved it into our house without asking for clearance. On top of that, he was extremely rude to my wife. The table top had a large hairline crack throughout one of the supports as a result of the careless treatment from the delivery person.

   Additionally, the FedEx store is always backed up and slow. This is a no-brainer: don’t go to FedEx Kinko’s

   I try to give everybody a pass because of how bad we all had to suffer with pandemic and all but this guy Tim has got very bad attitude…just keep that in mind when you walk in..otherwise a clean well organized place

   Went into FedEx to drop off a package to be sent and was waited on by Jelani the young man was very helpful and patience with me. Took the time to show me how to print my label and I feels that good customer service like this calls for a raise !! Thank You Jelani
