    The Royal Mail continue to dumbfound me. £8 charge on top of a £10 customs charge because they can. I’m then paying over four times for delivery for something I then have to go pick up. I sincerely hope the Royal Mail go bust and a challenger takes their place. They’re a sham rip off merchant, capitalism at its worst.

    Stay away. Extremely risky company to use. Unfortunately people on the other hand (the receivers) have almost no choice but to lose it all. I say almost because anytime you buy sth, make sure that YODEL isn’t delivery company. Otherwise it’s also your fault for not checking. I know, it’s a joke but unfortunately not funny at all.
    I’ve been lied and misled multiple times. I have no chance getting either my money or my parcel. I have strong suspicion that It is a big SCAM going on inside the YODEL. Not sure about the owners but it looks like they don’t do anything about it.
    Basically It looks like the drivers are selling items themselves on EBAY that they don’t deliver on purpose if possible. They remove their accounts from Ebay and suddenly you have nowhere to go. Your parcel goes back to the Seller (=DRIVER himself) that account is completely removed from Ebay. You try to sort it out with Yodel but they don’t help at all. Quite opposite.
    Not sure If I’m 100% sure but that’s where it got me so far… Stay away from Yodel. Save money, energy and life.
