    We tracked the activity on our boxes thru your website and it’s stuck in ‘Philippine port area awaiting to dock’. Seriously it’s been like that for 7 days! I hope UMAC would be more transparent with their activities. This alone makes them look fishy.

    Would be hesitant to book again with this company. Booked a load with Brad Gregg to deliver in Waco TX, only to find out he was then fired. I was told my driver can show up between 11- 12pm. No app mentioned. Once we get there I was told driver has to leave we have a 6pm Delivery and they will not take him. Taylor Lusk agreed this is a bad situation and we did not mess up and they will pay for detention for him being. Total of 6 hrs of detention. Almost a month later i have yet to receive a revised rate with detention added. I am being told it has to be approved. A month later you didn’t get it approved yet? This is not ok. I will defiantly stay away from booking with them for a while. At least until this is taken care of. i don’t like and wouldn’t expect anyone to be penalized for their mistake.

    You can call this post office 1000 times in a row ANY day and they will never answer. Time to turn them in on the federal level.

    Feb 2020 Nearly two years later I still CAN NOT reach a person at this post office. So today I filed a complaint with the Post Master General in DC
    I get the wrong mail near daily.
