   The woman that works there is the most wretched person I have ever dealt with! I have only stopped there a handful of times because of this. But this last visit has cost me time and money! I brought two packages in there to be mailed that already has postage on them. she gave me a very strange and rude look but continue to take them. Never saying a word about them. Come to find out 3 days later when the packages should have arrived to the buyer they were sitting on my front porch! I will NEVER under any circumstance go back to that place!!

   I was so amazed about this post office manager who is amazingly incompetent and arrogant and did not seem to care for customer’s issue. We sent a registered mail and they typed the wrong address in the computer so the mail was rejected. Instead of just admitting the mistake, the manager tried to find excuses and even said the delivering post office did not do the job. If the address was typed correctly in the first place, then I’d assume the mail should be delivered. The post office personnel needs to learn how to type, it’s a digital world, can’t imagine our post office can’t even type correctly.

   not a good place for owner operators to work for. Aaron steals. They kept my escrow and if you don’t believe me look up court records, they don’t lie. Look at how many times they been took to court for trying to keep drivers escrow. Why do drivers escrow even get so high, all other companies usually have a cap on escrow usually at 10k, so that just means Aaron can keep stealing driver’s maintenance escrow. I see all these good reviews they are fake and he thinks him responding to the reviews makes it ok, no this place is trash, court records don’t lie look them up.
   Update: can’t say this harassment or bullying because i gave my review, Aaron know he steals and he knows it. Like i said court records don’t lie driver have had to go to court to get their money. You can’t adress that but you want to call out bullying.
