   One of the ladies that work here is so rude. If you hate your job you shouldn’t work there anymore. Thought last time I came over here she might of been having a bad day but nope apparently she’s always rude. I’ll be going to Patterson’s post office from now on and it will just have to take an extra day to get to my destination. Her rudeness isn’t worth me coming here anymore.

   My second time using Big League! My first time is when the company was first starting up and the owner was actually doing some moving. It’s great to see how efficient they’ve grown over the past 7 yrs. Yesterday’s move was just as good as the move I used them for in 2010. The guys had a good rhythm and good attitude (I went from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt – yikes!). The move was quick, considering the steps they had to climb.
   I would definitely recommend Big League for your moving needs.
   Oh by the way, Tanner(sp?) is a great team leader and a valuable asset to BL!

   Just returned a large Amazon package at this store. The package was not properly secured by Amazon when it arrived and I asked the store clerk to please secure it with another tape and he refused to do so. Although they had plenty of tape right on the desk. He said it is Amazon and store policy we are not allowed to tape packages and I had to buy a tape for $5 so the package could be better secured. Maybe they are trying to make more money by selling tape, I find this kind of customer service beyond poor. Even the post office, not necessarily known for great service would not mind putting another piece of tape on a package.

   Our driver cannot figure out addresses. We are west and we get easts stuff. East gets our stuff. Seriously frustrating. Do some trainings or something!
