    UDS repeatedly told me the “package did not exist”.

    IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED 2 DAYS AGO (APRIL 10)! IT IS NOT HERE ! I HAD TO LOOK IN NUMEROUS PLACES TO FIND THIS OUT.

    I’ve made two trips in one with UDS, MY FIRST & MY LAST!

    THIS PACKAGE NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 24 HRS. I’VE WAITED LONG ENOUGH.

    I am having a problem about a container delivery which should be delivered on June 24th 2020 and still its not and they don’t have exact status. I seriously don’t recommend this moving company to anyone. They also charge more than the agreement saying the reason diesel price high and we have to read the agreement and nonsense where I had a long time to fight to get my money back… Now the container is not delivered and they sucks on customer care, they also escape saying that they will connect to supervisor and done they put on hold, no one answer… Please do not be in ‘RAT TRAP’like me.I could give negative 5 but no option.

    My package needed taped across the top of the box. They wanted to charge me $5.95 for a piece of tape. I’m done with this location.

    Just as terrible as any other USPS office. They are rude, they lie, and they don’t care. It’s really sad they collect a paycheck. Hopefully they go under someday so I can get my packages on time

    I called ahead for the notary, and he said they would be there till 2pm. So, on my lunch break I went down there and they told me to come back later before 5pm because that they are too busy. I won’t be able to come back later because I’m working till after the time they leave. What a waste of time and lunch break!
