   I got an email from you telling me my package from Anthropologie was delivered. I did not get my package. I live in a building with a secure area for packages. Anthropologie told me to wait 25-48 hrs. I would appreciate your help in locating my package.

   Very unprofessional service. Waited about 5 minutes at the front as employee was scanning items. No greeting, unfriendly, unwillingness to help.

   Great price and very professional! We had gotten quotes from other companies that were more then double Stairhopper. I can say that even though they were the cheapest quote we did not sacrifice any quality of the moving process. They did an instate move for us and never stopped for a moment! Quick to move all of our boxes and wrap any furniture to prevent damage to anything. They put boxes and furniture wherever we told them to and were so nice! The 3 guys we had were wonderful and I would recommend Stairhopper to anyone who is moving!

   Horrible customer service! My package is here but they lost it four times. I was supposed to receive my package a week ago. Every time I call they say it’s lost or it’ll be the next business day….. it’s been a week! Where the hell is my stuff?!

   Very nice courteous and respectful staffs.
   They start very early. Easy fast delivery. Night parking up the street at Rider Building
   (first building left hand side) when you turn into Logistics Drive. Please keep it clean drivers

    Agree with all the other comments here. MJ is the worst postal service person I have ever met. She is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I don’t know how people like her even get hired. Unbelievably poor customer service at this branch.
